A one stop shop, for all your real estate and financing needs. Hi, I'm Jim Graydon, an East Bay Real Estate and Mortgage Broker owner of All Phase Brokers. What is most important to me is happy clients. I know as long as I do my best to exceed the expectations of others, we all ultimately benefit, it’s a “win, win” for everybody. I have been in the industry for 25 years. As a top producer, I recruited, trained, and managed a total of 35 agents. It was a great experience and the benefit of learning and making mistakes along the way, was most importantly, learning what not to do!! Learning how to navigate through all the “pit falls” has made me a better broker, while I save my clients time and money by not repeating the same mistakes. The last 15 years I have focused my attention and expertise to working with a few clients at a time where they get my full attention which is very different to working with other agents who are busy and quite often will pass you over to a team member that you will have to make an appointment with to have your questions or concerns addressed.
