Joseph de Porras AIA is an experienced and award-winning architect who has been involved in the art and business of architectural design and the built environment for over thirty years.
With extensive experience involving many project types such as residential, health facilities, retirement communities, time-share communities, retail/commercial, mixed-use high-rise and others, each client’s design goal is provided with a fresh and creative approach. This versatility in all phases of Architecture and Planning is a genuine asset for client programming, design solutions, development goals and financial endeavors.
A graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Joseph has served on the Encinitas Parks and Recreation Commission, was an initial member of the San Diego Home & Garden awards committee, is a licensed architect in California, Texas and Nevada and is also a certified architect with the National Council of Architectural Boards, allowing for architect registration/license reciprocity in the United States of America and several countries.
