I've spent the last 15 years in finance and operations leadership roles in startups, including as a founder and early employee at bootstrapped, angel-funded, and VC-backed companies. I previously co-founded ETF Database and grew that site to be the leading independent authority on exchange-traded funds. ETF Database is now owned by TSX Group, the publicly-traded operator of the Toronto Stock Exchange. I was also an early employee at Quantitative Insights, a medical device company that received the first FDA clearance for use of AI in cancer diagnosis, and Wise Apple, an innovative CPG company that delivered healthy, all natural kids lunches. I am a CFA charterholder and am active in my community as a volunteer at Hosea Youth Services, a member of the Board of Directors at the Lane Regional Air Protection Agency, and President of the Notre Dame Club of Eugene/Southern Oregon.less
