Throughout my 30+ year journey in the wealth management and advisory business, I've learned that overcoming mental challenges and embracing a different perspective are key to achieving success, whether in business or in a marathon. I've had the privilege of contributing to a startup's remarkable growth, witnessing its evolution from a 3-month-old venture with $200 million in assets to a $22+ billion enterprise within a prominent financial services firm today. This experience has not only honed my skills in leading an independent business unit but has also enriched my understanding of navigating complex organizational structures. My passion lies in shaping, nurturing, and expanding offerings to meet the evolving needs of our valued clients. I am motivated by the opportunity to provide sound guidance to both retail and institutional clients, recognizing the critical importance of quality advice in today's landscape. My innovative endeavors include developing tailored investment solutions to address the diverse needs of investors.
