Jill is currently an advisor for Transaction Strategies (TS), LLC, a global boutique investment bank that provides growth advice, multi cycle capital raising and deal structuring guidance to a variety of small to middle market private companies with a mission of making a positive impact on the world. TS industry coverage includes fintech, asset management, blockchain, retail, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, alternative and virtual reality (AI/VR) technology.
Jill is also principal and founder of Spoondrift Advisory, LLC which provides advice and guidance to asset managers, private equity firm and broker dealers looking to participate in the growth of Exchange traded products. (“ETP”). Spoondrift leverages a broad network of ETP and distribution experts and specialists to help our clients succeed in a growing and competitive market. Areas of expertise include: deal advisor, strategic sales, product development, marketing, sales, governance, digital technologies, succession planning and leadership.
Jill serves as an independent director on the BNY Mellon ETF trust. She is on the Leadership Board at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and is a board member emertitus of Women in ETFs, an industry group of over 6000 members dedicated to connecting and inspiring women at all levels who work in the ETF industry.
Previously, Jill was a Senior Managing Director of State Street Global Advisors, a division of State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT, $23B market cap). Over the course of her career there Jill held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility, led several new business initiatives and helped launch new exchange traded products on both the NYSE and NASDAQ exchanges. Jill was a member of the SSGA senior leadership team and the SPDR ETF Executive Committee and worked in Boston and London across various business units.
Jill has a Master’s in Business Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Westfield State College. She also holds her Finra series 6, 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
