Joshua S. Hunter is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Gratus Capital LLC. Mr. Hunter is the personal CFO of his ultra high net worth clients, first identifying their goals and objectives, analyzing where they are, educating them on the options available to reach their goals, then implementing the final recommendations with our team and other trusted advisors.
Mr. Hunter has been in the financial service industry for over 20 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Financial Planner® and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He recently held the Series 7, Series 66, and Georgia Life, Accident & Sickness, and Variable Products Licenses.
Mr. Hunter’s community involvement activities include Lighthouse Family Retreat volunteer with his family over Spring Break each year, MoneyWise counselor to desperate families, 2:1 Mentoring with his wife Elizabeth for engaged couples, Intersect Project Mentor to 1st Grade Boys of Woodson Primary all through NorthPoint Ministry. His volunteering also includes Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries in Norcross, Fellowship of Christian Athletes for Gwinnett and North Fulton Counties, Habitat for Humanity builds, the United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Atlanta, and Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Mr. Hunter lives in Peachtree Corners, Georgia with his wife Elizabeth, son Cole, and daughter Addie.
