I am a recognized expert and authority in ESG, sustainable finance and responsible investing, after a hard-earned 20+ years of working in the field. My roles have been varied and strategic, providing extensive experience of working across the private and public sectors – all of which makes me a good advisor and consultant because I understand the complexities of the challenges faced. I also have a truly global perspective, with my career having taken me across the Middle East (currently the UAE); Asia (notably China and Hong Kong), Europe, and North America. I now work with a broad range of clients including institutional investors, banks, governments and regulators providing guidance and expertise on all things related to the sustainability and climate agendas – in particular, on sustainable and ESG investment, climate, carbon, and gender finance. I like to think I am a thought leader in this space, having authored too many reports and articles to remember – I also speak regularly at conferences when I feel I can add something of value. On the side, I am incredibly passionate about gender issues and female empowerment – I run a blog called Moxie Future, I published my first book a couple of years ago titled Financial Feminism and I am currently working on my second book, ‘Breaking the Green Ceiling’, an exploration of female leadership in sustainability.less
