Jeff Bianchi spent 28 years as a Portfolio Manager on the Large and Midcap products at Voya Investment Management. He has a demonstrable track record of success leading the US growth capability. He outperformed over multiple market cycles driven by a disciplined fundamental investment process and highly collaborative team culture.
Together with his team, he transformed the growth franchise by increasing assets under management from $2.5 billion to $22 billion. Jeff demonstrated success in gathering assets from a diverse group of investors in both domestic and international markets. His strong communication skills resulted in exceptional client service to boards, consultants, institutional investors and research analysts. He mentored and managed an 8 member diverse team that leveraged the expertise of the Small-Cap and centralized research teams.
He used a unique philosophy based upon empirical evidence that seeks stocks with unappreciated business momentum that is not embedded in the current stock price. He developed a disciplined investment process that uses a proprietary mix of characteristics proven to create consistent risk adjusted results.
