I have over 40 years’ experience in senior leadership roles including President of Canada Brokerlink Inc., Chairman and CEO of Northridge Energy and President of The Sutcliffe Group Inc. I have also served as Chairman of the Board for Vintri Technologies Inc. and as COO for Taylor Protocols Inc. A proven leader with a long history of success, I am also an experienced CEO coach and mentor. I am a Principal with Leaders Team, a consulting firm that helps organizations achieve fundamental shifts in culture and performance. With strong ties to my community, I have served as Chairman of the Ability Society, (now Enterprise 4 Good) since 2004.
