Prior to launching TPW Advisory, Jay was Co-Founder & CIO of TPW Investment Management which offered a suite of competitively priced, ETF based Global & Regional risk based portfolio solutions utilizing its proprietary Tri Polar World (TPW) framework and Global Risk Nexus (GRN) scoring system for both individual and institutional investors. Jay leveraged his 30+ years of financial experience to lead the TPWIM investment team in generating original, independent global macro investment ideas that are then converted into robust and replicable ETF portfolio solutions.Prior to co founding TPWIM, Jay was the Founder & Principal of Pelosky Global Strategies (PGS), an independent global investment advisory boutique founded in 2011. An ETF STAR, he has invested his own capital in an ETF based, global, multi asset portfolio since 2003. At Morgan Stanley he served as PM and Strategist, creating the Firm's global asset allocation and global equity strategy research products. He formed and co-chaired the research department’s global asset allocation committee and launched the Firm’s Global Emerging Markets Strategy (GEMS) and Latin American equity research products. He and his team were ranked #1 in multiple Institutional Investor polls including Global Asset Allocation. Jay is a sought after commentator on political economy and financial markets, speaking at conferences around the world, appearing regularly on TV and writing for such publications as the Financial Times. He did his undergraduate work at Duke University where he was a scholarship football player and received his M.A. in International Affairs from the Elliott School at The George Washington University.
