Jack is an inventor and holder of patents and technologies directed at electronic ledgers, securities exchange middleware, and tradable securities. Technologies include new markets, the control of asymmetric risks, and real-world blockchain systems. Jack owns and operates a technology consulting firm in Connecticut. Jack has advised a number of the most sophisticated trading operations and a number of the largest asset managers. Jack was formerly the CEO of AccuShares and its chief product and systems development architect. Jack has held management, trading, structuring and sales roles at UBS Securities, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse Financial Products. Jack began his career in finance at McKinsey & Company. Jack has an undergraduate degree from Princeton and a graduate degree from Yale. Jack began programming in APL at Princeton. During his early career in systems and software, Jack was a systems analyst and APL2 programmer at McKinsey & Company and a mortgage backed securities trader and A+ Language programmer at Morgan Stanley in New York.
