As the Executive Director and Global Head of Partnerships at MSCI, I enable accelerated growth for the leading provider of index and analytics solutions through strategic partnerships and alliances. With over five years of experience in this role, I support the development and execution of MSCI's strategy, expanding into adjacent domains and product capabilities, and leveraging critical market and client intelligence. I build, establish, and maintain superior relationships with MSCI's most strategic partners, while developing and scaling existing partnerships to drive incremental revenue, expand our footprint, and capture new client logos. I also oversee the formulation of long-term strategy to grow the firm's subscription and ABF business, managing and coordinating functions across teams to ensure efficient and successful execution against MSCI's high priority commercial and strategic initiatives. I have a strong background in product and commercial strategy, having relocated to Hong Kong in 2017 to create and implement tactical plans aimed at accelerating growth of core products and at improving efficiencies across functional teams.less
