I am a Senior Strategic Leader, NED and Independent Board Advisor with expertise in Digital Assets and Financial Markets, providing thought leadership across start-up, scale-up and corporate ecosystems to achieve sustainable, inclusive and compliant transformational change. Bridging the TradFi and DeFi gap, I help shape regulatory frameworks, policies and go-to-market strategies in areas such as ETF and crypto while passionately championing and embedding DE&I agendas and leveraging my strong industry networks to support the realisation of business goals. My recent executive experience found me as Global Head of Distribution at 21Shares, growing them into the global authority in crypto exchange-traded products (ETPs) and digital asset investment. Prior to this, I spent four years at Euronext, a Pan-European group of regulated stock exchanges connecting economies to international capital markets, in board-facing roles, including head of Business Management – Global Markets. My earlier career includes Exec Director, Head of Strategic Partnerships and Head of Capital Markets at ETF Securities, a pioneer in commodity ETFs, and Exec Director – Global Corporate at Willis Ltd. I began my career at Barclays Global Investors in London and at Reuters and Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt. Alongside this, I have built a board advisory portfolio that currently includes Equileap, a gender DE&I data provider to investors. As a founding member and Global Co-President of Women in ETFs, I advocate for DE&I in the investment sector. Other recent advisory positions have included Director and Board Mentor at Commcise Software, following their acquisition by Euronext, and Development Board Member at the charity Young Women’s Trust.less
