Philip has more than 25 years of experience facilitating large-scale digital transformations in Fortune 500 firms. He has acquired expertise in a broad range of topics around IT (digital, metaverse, blockchain, AI, cypto, ar/vr, web3.0, cyber, BPO). As a result, he was the founder of BCG Platinion North America & Latin America, PWC Mergers & Acquisitions Integration and KPMG Capital Markets. Philip successfully developed these consulting businesses from scratch and helped lead them to be multi-million dollar global practices. Philip has been published by major periodicals (Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, NY Times, Financial Times, Business Week, Institutional Investor, etc.) for his efforts around providing innovative digital solutions for new ventures and major institutions with a focus on financial institutions, risk, compliance, and stock exchanges. Philip developed the current NYSE and NASD stock market surveillance system that currently processes over a billion trades a day. This new system reduced market surveillance investigations from 4 months to 1 minute - a breakthrough that was nominated by the Smithsonian Institute for technology innovation. As Senior Advisor for The Boston Consulting Group, he was the founder of BCG Platinion North America, a new company which launched in Oct 2014. BCG Platinion provides execution services for BCG around technology, digital, cyber, AI and risk services. Subsequently, Philip served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for BCG Platinion North America after the new company was launched. As CEO, my mgmt. team grew the business into a multi-million dollar enterprise in just 2 years serving most of the top 20 financial institutions & Fortune 500 companies. Given the success of BCG Platinion North America, he turned his focus as a Senior Advisor to build the launch plan for a BCG Platinion Latin America. As a result, he successfully founded BCG Platinion Latin America in 2018. In just 7 years from inception, BCG Platinion technology & risk Global execution arms provide a $500 million dollar yearly contribution to BCG worldwide. As Senior Advisor, Philip has worked on behalf of the BCG Chairman of North America & the Senior Digital Leadership (BCG, BCG DV, Platinion, Gamma, etc) to help share the firm’s digital capabilities with clients.
