Harjeev is a Managing Partner at Options Group and Global Head of Electronic Trading, based in New York. He joined Options Group in 2007 to strengthen the Alternative Investments and Hedge Fund practice for the firm. He currently focuses on a wide remit including arbitrage and fundamental strategies across both the Equity and Fixed Income markets. He has helped the firm achieve a dominant market share and has led significant build-outs for portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and high performance technologists. Harjeev leads a team with members across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia. Harjeev oversees the execution of full life cycle recruitment products and services and has partnered closely with senior-level management and founders at client firms, enabling the firm to be the "trend-setter," advising clients on the overall market and perceptions. In addition to recruitment, Harjeev and his team also provide competitive intelligence management scans, management and cultural assessments, benchmarking and succession planning, market sentiment analysis, and compensation analytics and advisory. Harjeev has led a process-driven, research-intensive methodology which truly differentiates Options Group from the competition. Prior to joining Options Group, Harjeev spent seven years with KPMG LLP in its New York-based Advisory unit focusing in the financial services industry, serving bulge bracket Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and proprietary trading firms.
