As the CEO of TouchPoint One, the leading provider of employee engagement and performance management solutions for contact centers, I have over 10 years of experience in driving innovation and excellence in this domain. I am also a proud member of the Forbes Technology Council, an invitation-only community for world-class technology executives and entrepreneurs.
My mission is to empower contact center leaders and agents with the tools and insights they need to improve decision making, talent development, and process execution at every operational level. Through our flagship product, Acuity, and our enterprise gamification solutions, we help our clients achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I am also passionate about data security and protection, and serve as a strategic advisor and seed-round investor to Calamu Technologies, an early-stage disruptor in this market.
With a background in software services and consulting, I have successfully managed large-scale development operations for a diverse portfolio of start-up, mid-size, and global clients. As a former NASD registered principal (series 24) and general securities representative (series 7), I have also raised private and public capital and led investment banking initiatives to support the growth objectives of several early and growth stage companies. I am an active investor and mentor to several entrepreneurs and seed-stage companies.
