Leonard Grunstein has decades of experience on the cutting edge of real estate law and finance. This includes expertise in large-scale public/private development, co-op/condo and the creation of financing and equity structures. By combining legal acumen, business savvy and creativity, he has been involved in all aspects of the real estate development, capitalization and financing processes.
As founder and chairman of the board of Project Ezrah, a non-profit organization based in Bergen County, New Jersey, Leonard Grunstein has been helping families suffering from the hardships of unemployment since 2001, offering job search help, financial aid and emotional support. He has also served on the boards of several other non-profit organizations, including the Board of Young Israel of Staten Island, the Museum of the Western Wall Foundation, and the American Friends of the Jerusalem College of Technology. Most recently he was appointed to the Board of the Revel Graduate School at Yeshiva University.
