• Responsibilities mainly encompass designing Digital Strategy for BFSI sector, redesigning operating model, business process re-engineering, customer experience, technology consulting, and innovation and solution design
• Helping clients in their journey towards digital transformation to increase customer value and drive operational effectiveness
• Responsible for managing all aspects of software products throughout their lifecycle, including product strategy, vision, development, customer insights/needs, and defining requirements for features and functionalities
• Worked closely with Development/Engineering and other stakeholder teams to deliver digital products that align with the product vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard
