Its really very easy to work this out.
If you are living in South Africa and you are renting a home at R8,000 per month you would be paying R96,000 for one year. Then you still have to include what you pay for electricity to that and garden service.
It just does not make sense. Just money down the drain, and the rent will only go up.
Save for a deposit for your OWN HOME OR FLAT; its the only way to go.
