I joined the SDR Ventures team in 2021. In my role as Principal, I bring 16 years of industry experience to the organization and its clients. My primary responsibilities are building and sustaining operational efficiencies across the firm and maximizing the client service model. I am dedicated to providing strategic solutions specific to the complexities of the M&A process. Embracing SDR’s firm-wide commitment to serving its clients, I channel years of experience and strategic relationships towards enhancing business valuations and providing thought leadership to the entrepreneurial community. Prior to joining SDR, I was part of the launch team of an Exchange Traded Fund company startup where I went on to experience one of the largest acquisitions of an ETF company on record. I served as the Business Development Officer at Invesco PowerShares, overseeing the largest RIA relationships, family offices, and ETF Strategists for the western half of the U.S. I then went on to acquire, grow, and sell a nationally recognized asset management and wealth management company based in Colorado. I received both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. I was fortunate enough to serve as the strength and conditioning coach for the Indiana Hoosier Men's basketball team where we were the 2002 NCAA Finalist and the 2004 Indiana University Men's Soccer Team where we won the NCAA Championship. The last thing I did as a professional coach was going to the White House to meet President George W. Bush in celebration of the 2004 National Championship. I am passionate about teamwork given my commitment to both education and athletics. I live out that passion through my partnership as a board member with the Front Range Christian School of Littleton, CO, and as a board member for Soccer Chaplains United where I drive youth locally and globally to live with purpose, promise, and passion. The most lifegiving part of my day is my time with family, though. This time is often spent around the dinner table, anything sports or theater related, or planning out the next Disney adventure.less
