Fred has over 15 years’ experience implementing SAP manufacturing and supply chain solutions into FMCG, Mill, Food & Beverage industry sectors. He believes a good understanding of the consulting cycle for solution development, in-depth product knowledge, a hands on and client facing approach are essential criteria for successful delivery. Having studied Manufacturing at Cranfield, Fred built his experience implementing materials requirement planning in SAP R/3. His career in SAP SCM began in 1999 whilst working for KPMG UK and later Diagonal Consulting before becoming an APO contractor which has seen him implement solutions for numerous well-known clients and familiar brands. Finding strong SCM APO knowledge and skills is still a challenge for many clients and reliance is placed upon recruitment organisations to find individual candidates with the right skills.
