Frank Pineno is a Managing Director in Dakota Wealth’s Richmond office where he continues the personalized service his clients have enjoyed for more than 30 years. Frank believes that investing alongside his clients ensures that their success is aligned. HIs professional passion is working with individuals, families, and organizations to develop and implement investment strategies, all the while providing each client with the highest level of service. Frank was a founding principal of Pineno Levin & Ford Asset Management, which was acquired by Dakota Wealth Management in January 2022. His experience in the investment industry spans 50 years in both public and private institutions, including eight years as President and CEO of a major regional brokerage and investment banking firm. He has held board member positions at three financial companies. Frank received a BS in Operations Research from Pennsylvania State University as well as a commission in the United States Navy. He also has an MBA in Finance from Temple University. Frank holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of both the Richmond and New York Society of Security Analysts. Frank is active in his community, particularly on issues related to schools and education, food insecurity, and indigent women. He has served as president of Westwood Civic Association and Virginia League of Planned Parenthood and as Finance Member on the Richmond YWCA Capital Campaign.less
