Fran is a Charles Sterling Group Founding Partner and the firm’s Asset and Wealth Management Practice Leader. For over 30 years, Fran has been a trusted advisor to industry leaders from the traditional and alternative asset management, insurance, and banking sectors with extensive experience across public and private markets. He has helped his clients build world-class teams and businesses. His representative work includes high-profile leadership engagements across Investments, Solutions, Product Management, Distribution, Investor Relations, Business Development, Risk Management, and Finance. Before co-founding the Charles Sterling Group in 2003, Fran was the National Director of a large global search organization responsible for 11 offices throughout the United States. During his 13 years with the firm and its predecessor companies, Fran held numerous leadership positions, led the financial services practice, and served on the U.S. Operating Committee of the Professional Services Division. Fran spent his early career in commercial banking and is a 1986 graduate of Boston College.less
