I am a seasoned Executive and Entrepreneur with broad experience in multiple areas and industries. Having worked as management consultant, founder of start-up companies and in C-level positions of large sophisticated companies in different geographies, has helped me develop a balanced planning / execution focus, but always with a bias for "getting things done". Many of my missions were related to designing and implementing strategies at a company or unit levels, financial engineering, restructuring and scaling up operations. In most cases, I had the additional challenge of motivating people and instilling a sense of purpose aligned to business objectives. The common thread of it all is that I was typically leading or involved in a material way in a large and complex transformation effort.less
