Extensive experience and expertise in global investment research and analytics on both buy and sell sides for 23 years.
On the buy side: comprehensive expertise in global, multi-asset class investment risk & performance measurement, fund peer comparison and style monitoring, portfolio analysis, including risk & performance attribution (holdings, transaction, and returns based, both Brinson and factor based), investment risk analysis, and portfolio characteristics analysis, as well as security and market research, market data research and management at major asset management firms.
On the sell side: in depth knowledge and strong skills in global M&A, IPO, secondary offer and joint venture deal analysis, company fundamental analysis, as well as world economic and market research in my earlier career at a global leader in investment banking.
In addition to being a senior analyst, I also supervised and managed analytics teams on both buy and sell sides. I managed by example. With a thorough knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of each team member, I was able to maximize the effectiveness of the synergy among them.
