Eric Fernandez is the founder of Two Rivers Analytics, an independent research firm focused on generating short-sale ideas and short strategy for hedge funds. Short ideas are uncovered by scouring 1500+ US equities starting with a series of purpose-built models. Ideas are then vetted fundamentally to produce actionable single-stock short recommendations. Before launching Two Rivers, he led teams at Citigroup, Oppenheimer and SG Cowen in executing domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, often involving complex transactions and capital structures, due diligence and valuation work. His credit experience includes high yield, distressed and bankruptcy situations.
