My main focus has been on the global listing and trading of Exchange Traded Products (ETPs), corporate mergers and acquisition due diligence, and business integration. At the very beginning I was trading and managing proprietary positions for ETPs while at Susquehanna International Group (SIG) in the U.S. After many years at SIG I took a role overseeing the management of exchange related listing and regulatory processes at the New York Stock Exchange, as well as developing the lead market maker (LMM) program for secondary trading. At Charles Schwab Investment Management, at various times, I managed the product, sales, board interaction, trading and marketing procedures for their proprietary lineup of ETFs. All in, my experience and background fully encompasses the entire ETP landscape from initial concept to reality. Now managing a Global Capital Markets team at Invesco Ltd., I am focused on broader market structure issues across all continents while managing my team at the regional level. Additionally, I am concentrating on due diligence during initial stages of corporate acquisitions and eventual integration of new businesses. FINRA Series 7 and 24 licensed.
