After starting my career at Davis Polk & Wardwell, I have been an in-house corporate generalist for global financial information services/media companies for more than 20 years. In house, I have developed legal structures to support business evolution and expansion. I am a strategic, practical and hands-on individual with a proven track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements including intellectual property and data licensing, co-development, joint marketing, technology and software agreements, as well as developing forms and templates.
