With over 3 decades of experience in the investment industry, I am the founder of Strategic Growth, a leading talent firm specializing in placing professionals across all asset classes and disciplines with the most successful hedge funds, trading firms, and investment banks worldwide. My mission is to source high trajectory candidates so clients can grow their business with the best talent available. I have a strong background in finance, statistics, and computer science, and I am passionate about staying on top of the latest trends and innovations in the field. I bring a diverse and global perspective to my work where I value integrity, and excellence in everything I do. Prior to founding Strategic Growth in 2004, I was a member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange, where I worked with market leaders in the trading pits in Chicago and later upstairs in New York. I acted as a market maker and principal in listed options, and was responsible for pricing, trading and managing OTC corporate derivative portfolios. As a salesman I covered hedge funds, investment banks, and corporations with listed and structured products. I have worked internally for firms such as Bridgewater, Capstone, DE Shaw, and Goldman Sachs where I gained valuable experience in portfolio management, electronic trading, quantitative research, and technology.
