Fascinated by technology from a young age, and how it can be used to make things easier, this early interest paved my career path to my work today as a Global Customer Success Executive. Supporting this executive-level role is my deep Technical Project Manager experience, driving customer solutions across industries and types of companies, from startups to nonprofits and major corporations.
I currently serve as SVP of Global Customer Success for Feedzai, Inc., reporting directly to the CEO. In this role, I have redefined how the company manages the customer journey. My work is focused on driving continuous improvements and innovation while delivering financial crime-fighting solutions within the payments industry, addressing fraud and anti-money laundering, and securing investment funding for growth.
