Over the past 30 years, I've been privileged to lead and innovate in the institutional investment management and ETF industry, culminating in my former role as CEO of Vident Advisory, LLC, and current roles as COO and CFO of Vident Asset Management. At Vident, I guide our team and operations to bring investment ideas to life and align investors' values with their investments. My responsibilities span across advisory and sub-advisory services, compliance, legal, HR, finance, and communications functions, ensuring our company not only grows but also maintains the highest standards of integrity and efficiency. Prior to my tenure at Vident, I served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Ronald Blue & Co., where I was instrumental in shaping the firm's core investment philosophy and overseeing its critical operations including investments, planning, and IT. My foundational experiences also include significant leadership and portfolio management roles at ING and Carillon Advisors, managing assets totaling over $10 billion. I hold a BS in Accounting and Finance and a specialized Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from Miami University, and I am a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Committed to continuous learning, I recently completed an Executive certification on "Promoting Racial Equity in the Workplace" from Harvard.
