Ms. DiLorenzo is President of Guggenheim Investments, the global asset management and investment advisory division of Guggenheim Partners, where she has responsibility for setting the firm’s strategic direction and leading day-to-day management and governance of the business. She is also a Managing Partner of Guggenheim Partners. Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners in 2005, Ms. DiLorenzo held senior positions at Smith Barney, UBS, and JP Morgan.
Ms. DiLorenzo has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held numerous client-facing roles. She has conceived and led strategic initiatives focused on building and enhancing governance and managing change in complex multinational firms. She has overseen client service, sales, technology, and operational teams on three continents.
Ms. DiLorenzo chairs the Guggenheim Investments Sustainable Stewardship Council, which oversees the creation and implementation of the firm’s Sustainability and ESG activities, and is a member of the Guggenheim Partners Management Committee, Finance and Planning Committee, as well as the Women’s Innovation and Inclusion Network (WIIN). She is also a Principal Sponsor of Guggenheim’s Veterans Transition Assistance Program (VTAP), which seeks to cultivate future leaders from among our nation’s military service members, and serves as an Advisory Board Member of the USO of Metropolitan New York.
In 2023, Ms. DiLorenzo was named to the Forbes “50 Over 50” list for her industry achievements and leadership of Guggenheim Investments. In 2021, she was recognized by American Banker as a standout among the Most Powerful Women in Banking for her leadership in Asset Management. She was selected as a member of the David Rockefeller Fellows Class of 2019 and named one of the 2018 Crain’s New York Business Notable Women in Finance.
Ms. DiLorenzo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Lehigh University and FINRA Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 30, 32, 53, 63, 65, and 79 licenses.
