As a 30 year graduate of the Xerox/Huthwaite SPIN Selling Academy, I have an advantage. My sales skills are, well, innate, instinctive....skills that have created who I am. I have an effusive demeanor, which paired with needs creation, problem resolving sales education, has allowed my company to address buyer needs in a personal and specific way. I completely understand the SPIN process, it is effortless. I have use and honed these skills till I, honestly, do not realize I am selling at all. My business is 90% referral. I have the ability to influence people that I do not have control. As an example, I approached an expired business listing, but within 30 seconds they allowed me 2 hours of their time to understand business complicity and asked for my assistance. My approach is always genuine, I am not presumptuous or self serving. I love what I do and it is obvious, I have a heart for selling. I do not fear rejection, I use it as a tool.
