I am an experienced and accomplished recruiter, corporate Human Resources professional, mentor and career coach who excels at understanding other people’s strengths. My expertise includes recruitment and selection, with particular focus on career coaching and counseling, refined by years of human resources management in various organizations--from startups to large, established international corporations. I am passionate about helping people reach their potential and contribute to their organization’s success while achieving their own. Following many years in corporate Human Resources, HR consulting, and working to staff organizations at all levels, I became a teacher. I wanted to work to bridge the gap between what young people know of and expect from the world of work and the reality of successfully joining that world after school. As fulfilling as teaching is, I ultimately returned to Executive Recruitment for new challenges and partnerships. I excel at finding the right people for my partner organizations, building successful teams, and making the single most essential contribution to organizational effectiveness.
