David has responsibility for all finance, tax, budget, accounting, internal control, and audit matters. Prior to joining Parabellum, David worked in public accounting for nine years specializing in financial services clients. He was a member of CohnReznick LLP’s commercial real estate tax group for over seven years, where he focused on compliance and consulting for real estate private equity funds and developers. David began his career at PwC. David received his B.S. from the Yeshiva University and is a Certified Public Accountant.less
