As an experienced fund of hedge funds manager, I am passionate about managing risk to provide investors with a smoother, less volatile investment experience. With a career grounded in financial and operational risk management, I have developed expertise in navigating alternative investments. I primarily focus on implementing strategies that minimize downside risk and deliver returns with a lower correlation to traditional investments. By employing advanced risk management techniques and drawing upon my understanding of global markets, I aim to offer investors a stable and predictable investment journey. I have held several key risk management roles, including Chief Risk Officer at Alliance Bernstein and leader of Enterprise Risk Management at Citicorp. I was also the Chief Investment Officer of a $200MM Fund of Hedge Funds and a partner in DFD, a global distributor of hedge funds that was sold to a global asset management firm. My tenure as CEO of Knightsbridge Capital Management allowed me to incubate multiple successful hedge funds, reflecting my commitment to innovation in investment strategies. I serve as a member of the Sanctions Subcommittee of the U.S. Department of State's Advisory Committee on International Economy Policy and as a Special Counselor to the Center for Financial Stability on emerging risks. Committed to educating the next generation of risk managers and Board Directors, I teach master's-level courses on Risk Management and Cybersecurity.
