David Buschmann, is a native to Franklin, Tennessee He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. David is an accomplished executive in high end real estate asset management, international investor relations, acquisition, construction management and project development with projects totaling over One Billion dollars. David specializes in strategic vision planning and complex asset negotiations. To expand his international horizons, David spent 2 years working in China building investor relations, Culture Building and implementing an EB5 international investor program. He has accomplished 29 years of success in comprehensive land planning, development, and construction. He has sold, constructed, or developed over $5 billion dollars in real estate assets. David has extensive experience in operational management, project budgeting, scheduling, senior project manager, property acquisition, contract negotiations, supervision and construction of all property types, including hospitality, retail/entertainment, office, residential, gaming and mixed-use.
