Oversee day-to-day sales and client engagement for the firm's largest clients having > 400 advisors multiple offices around the US. Design and execute firm’s engagement with those advisors through the year; lead the team that interfaces with the home office and advisor teams. Oversee clients’ engagement by interacting with the Investment Policy Committee (IPC), Chief Investment Officer, executive teams, and advisors. Work with the Home Office Regional Director on the team to coordinate research and investment communications to the IPC and regional directors across East, West, and Central regions. Engage with firm's largest clients, create plans, support budgets, and deliver a similar educational experience across sales people and multiple offices nationwide. Develop strategy and ideas that support clients and financial advisors in collaboration with C-suite executives. Interact with all levels of clients including the Chairman, CEOs, sales teams, marketing teams and client support teams. Negotiate fees, launch new products, and plan call campaigns to bring new business to clients.
