With over 25 years of experience in the ETF and crypto industries, I am a seasoned executive and consultant who has led and advised several successful startups, firms, and projects. As the founder and principal of Dabner Capital Partners, I provide bespoke advisory services across the ETF and crypto spaces, leveraging my extensive network, knowledge, and skills. Previously, I was the Global Head of Business Development at Gemini, where I accelerated the growth of the company, diversified its business, and increased institutional crypto penetration. I established and managed a team of over 50 staff, developed B2B partnerships, and supported clients with integrated services and strategic visions. I also delivered speeches and presented information at many industry events and forums. Before joining Gemini, I was the CEO of WisdomTree Europe, where I oversaw the development and growth of WisdomTree's European efforts. I was an early joiner of WT, as a startup manager with less than 100M in assets, and helped the firm gain a footing on its trajectory to 100B in AUM. I am the author of the leading books on ETFs, The ETF Handbook and The Visual Guide to ETFs.
