Aust has spent over 30 years developing and implementing value creation strategies and tools for Fortune 500 and mid-cap firms in a variety of industries. Dennis has written and spoken extensively on valuation, strategic analysis, financial management, and executive compensation. His articles have appeared in several publications, including Corporate Finance Review, Journal of Private Equity, and Directors Monthly (National Association of Corporate Directors), and he has contributed chapters to three books, most recently “The Valuation Handbook: Valuation Techniques From Today’s Top Practitioners” (Wiley, 2009).
