My consulting clients look to me for strategic, operational business, and capital raising advisory. Clients include startups building from the ground up and established businesses, from instituting best practices and creating sales processes to marketing tactics and operations. On the recruiting side, I work with clients across different industries, helping them fill their staffing needs. I leverage my strategic experience to look at long term growth strategy, and solving hiring managers problems, rather than just filling a seat. On the talent side, I look at people's long term career arc and what is the right fit not just today, but tomorrow. Nothing excites me more than to see great talent make upwards progress in their careers, either by making the right moves internally, or externally to a new company. I've built courses and curriculum around a holistic approach to create a sustainable platform for long term career management. I've always had a keen eye towards financial services, market structure, crypto and Web3, as well as technology needs of large organizations and trends in the regulatory environment, and the unintended consequences of change in the rules and regulations.
