Charles “Chuck” Firlotte has honed his expertise in corporate leadership over the course of three decades, including more than 15 years as President and CEO of the seventh largest private water utility in the U.S.

Chuck has lived and worked professionally in three countries: his native Canada, the U.S, and the United Kingdom. His commitment to excellence and high-energy execution have contributed to several organizations through board memberships.

He currently serves on the board of NB Power, an electric utility in eastern Canada, and he is Vice Chair of the board of Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. He also holds the ICD (Institute of Corporate Directors) designation from the University of Toronto.less
