For more than twenty-five years, I’ve created investor value for start-up to Fortune 500 companies—building, scaling, acquiring, and optimizing businesses and brands within publicly-traded, PE-backed, and family-owned entities.
As CEO and board director at RUI Construction—a Great Range Capital portfolio company since January 2022—I’m privileged to lead the restoration, mitigation, and re-construction platform’s national expansion through de novo growth strategies and synergistic acquisition opportunities.
Additionally, I serve as an operating executive at Samson Partners, where I lead the operational, financial, and strategic vision of promising mid-market companies focused on building teams, processes, and structures to create untapped value.
Prior to joining Samson, I served as CEO and board member of Tricoci—a privately-owned, mid-market consumer business—where I led the company from acquisition and carve-out, to its transformation from a pre-digital salon-and-spa to a technology-enabled customer-centric consumer products-and-services company.
Earlier, I served as COO and Managing Partner of BlueRoad Ventures, creating a uniquely-positioned private equity platform through deal and capital sourcing, business planning and operations, board oversight, and strategic network development.
My operating experience was honed at Nasdaq, where I directed global operations and spearheaded 50+ growth initiatives for the brand’s $300M professional services business. During that time, I held senior operational, general management, business development, marketing, sales, and client services roles—guiding a 440-member workforce and 300+ cross-functional collaborators. Together, we drove a six-fold increase in our multimillion-dollar B2B SaaS solutions business and made Nasdaq the market of choice for innovative companies.
My multidisciplinary experience across operations, sales, marketing, capital raising, and finance allows me to build and scale companies with P&Ls exceeding $80M—organically and through M&A—implementing business systems and KPIs, increasing commercial and investor value.
My work wouldn’t be possible, or half as fun, without great people—whether identifying new growth opportunities, planning and problem-solving in the board room, or making sure local and global workforces have the resources and tools they need to thrive.
