Charles brings extensive experience from his previous role on the Merrill Lynch Global Corporate and Institutional Advisory Services (GCIAS) team, where he focused on delivering corporate benefits education and individual financial guidance. He continues this work at OpenArc, advising clients on a wide range of planning needs including asset allocation, retirement income planning, education funding, tax-efficient strategies, and estate planning. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Potsdam, with minors in Communications and Employment Relations.
