My passion has always been people. Meeting, establishing, and building relationships have been key aspects of both my personal and professional life. I thrive on digging into what makes people 'tick' and finding the most creative ways to help them achieve their own goals. Combining people skills with technology, my position helps lead others through change management in new processes and systems. In my current role at ProviderScience, I lead change management for healthcare facilities adopting our digital scheduling platform. From implementation to strategic operational planning, I spend most of my time every day working with each of our clients to ensure their needs are both met and exceeded.
