Seasoned recruiter with over 20 years of recruitment experience in multiple sectors. Currently I am a Vice President and Head of State Street's Executive Search Division. My primary focus is on executive recruitment at the Senior Vice President, Senior Managing Director or Executive Vice President level. I also focuses on Senior Investment roles within SSgA, State Street's Institutional Asset Management arm. My main functions are to source and recruit talented individuals to join State Street Corporation, SSGM or SSgA, work with the hiring managers to define the positions needs and requirements, manage the entire interview process from prospect to hire and to work on special projects related to staffing and recruitment. Prior to this role I was dedicated to just State Street Global Advisors and the Investment Recruiter within SSgA's Human Resources Department. My primary focus is the Investment community. Prior to joining SSgA in 2004, I worked for Hoffman Recruiters as a Senior recruiter focusing on the Banking, Insurance and Legal sectors. I spent 2 ½ years with Hoffman and was a team lead at the time of his departure. I started my recruitment career at Robert Half International where he spent 5 years focusing primarily in the Information Technology Sector. There I moved from the consulting division to the fulltime placement division and was later promoted to the Divisional Director of the Boston IT Search Division. I hold a Bachelor degree from the University of Miami in Marketing.
