Mr. Baczyk is a senior risk management professional with extensive experience in data governance, investment and operational risk, information security, and board-level communications in the financial services industry. He is familiar with both the COSO and ISO risk frameworks, as well as implementing risk frameworks in a globally diverse enterprise. Mr. Baczyk has led the efforts to bolster information security using the NIST framework and is knowledgeable about the GPDR, CCPA, NYDFS, as well as other global privacy and security regulations.
