Brad joined Mt. Logan in February 2024 as the Global Business Development Lead. Prior to joining Mt. Logan, he was the Head of Business Development for Hudson Cove Capital Management, a Structured Credit Investment Manager specializing in Asset-Based Lending and Asset-Backed Securities where he was responsible for the firm’s capital formation strategy including the fundraising function. Earlier in his career, he worked in business development roles at investment managers, including HHR Asset Management, Seer Capital Management, and Ramius. Brad began his career in sales and trading roles at UBS and Lehman Brothers. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University.less
