Robert Andrialis has over 30 years experience on Wall Street, having served Standard & Poor's as Chief Financial Officer, Group Vice President of Information Services and Executive Managing Director - U.S. Rating Services.
While at S&P, he led the creation of the Index Licensing Business, with the first index agreement with Vanguard followed by innovative license agreements with The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) and The Chicago Board of Options (CBOE), licensing the S&P 500, 100 and other indexes to be used as the basis of new futures and options products, traded on the respective exchanges.
He co-founded Berwick Capital, a firm established to acquire businesses in the financial information industry, which became Mergent, Inc. and after eight acquisitions, including Futures Magazine and the non-rating business Moody's Investor Services, sold it to Xinhua Finance. He served as President & CEO of two Thomson Company legal and professional publishing firms, Research Institute of America and Warren, Gorham & Lamont.
He has an MBA from The University of Richmond and a BA in Accounting from The College of William & Mary, which he attended on a basketball scholarship. He is a Trustee Emeritus of the Board of Directors.
