Bob has lived and worked in Europe, the U.S., Africa, and Asia. Strengths : C-Suite Mentoring ; Advisory Boards ; Succession Planning ; C-Suite Recruitment ; Market Entry Regarded as a pioneer, along with Tan Soo Jin, of retainer based executive search in South East Asia. As Asia Pacific Chair, Bob was the driving force in establishing Amrop partner search firms in India, Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, and Japan. Prior to moving to Singapore in 1989, Bob was a Managing Partner in a boutique search firm in Brussels that was acquired by a Swiss Partnership. His previous business experience was in Development Banking in West Africa as an Advisor to the African Enterprise Programme of the Conseil de l'Entente, based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
